Nutrition is very important for your good health. When you have a lack of nutritional foods and getting all your vitamins in then you can have all sorts of problems go wrong. My sister started suffering from depression and then an anxiety disorder. This is no fun and I felt really bad for her when she was going through with this. She had this overwhelmingfeeling of terror often and finally went to see a doctor. She tried hypnosis which while it can work for many different people it did not work for her.
